Workplace Harassment – Using Accountability to Create a Better Work Environment for All

Thirty years after the Supreme Court recognized claims for sexual harassment, a 2016 Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) report covering all forms of harassment shows little progress has been made in reducing workplace harassment. Join Federally Employed Women (FEW) member and EEOC program manager Patricia McMahon as she highlights the Accountability findings of the Report and offers recommendations to help agencies create a workplace free of harassment.
